Payments

This game has a total budget of ~8500€. Every cent of it is needed in time. You shall not receive final version of your character prior to payment.

The payment is 35 € which includes:

• Game materials & entrance fee
• Some props for characters
• Saturday morning breakfast & two food coupons
• Insurance
• If needed, a lift from closest bus stop to game location and back

Discounts

The arranging organization shall grant several different discounts. These discounts are cumulative and discount percentage might not exceed 100% in any case.

• Members of arranging association: -20%
• Gamemasters of Roulin' Moose: -50%
• Persons willing to help in arrangements. (arriving Thu 12.6) -10%
• Employees of sponsoring companies: -10%

Notice: All payments must have been done at latest 30.4.2003. Paying after this shall cost 5€ more, regardless of circumstances, discounts, explanations etc.
